Letter of AuthorizationGlacial Energy of Texas, Inc. commercial rates are based on patterns of historical energy consumption. In order to provide you with a customized energy price quote, we'll need your previous 12-month usage data. Glacial Energy of Texas, Inc. can obtain the required data from your local utility by sending them a Letter of Authorization containing your account information and signature. Simply fill out the Letter of Authorization below for your service area and fax it to: 832-553-2840. Please note that a separate Letter of Authorization must be filled out for each service area having accounts. For example, if you have accounts in both the Reliant and TXU service area, you'll need to download and complete a separate form for Reliant and TXU.
